Warehouse Auditor Lead

Pay: $21.00 / hourly

6:00 AM–Finish, Monday–Friday

About the role

This is the next step in an associate's path to management. You will learn all aspects of receiving, unloading, or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision. The role involves a high level of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel, with an emphasis on positive, friendly communication. You will oversee a specified area to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations, handling the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform stretching exercises before each shift
• Conduct safety observations
• Support management and participate in coaching and training
• Maintain communication with leadership
• Perform all yard marshalling duties

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast-paced and very physical
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
