Warehouse Associate - Shipping (Evening Shift)

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you'll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you're pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results.

• Up to $18.00/hour starting pay
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
• Able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• Dependable with strong work ethic and punctuality
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
• Forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience is a plus
