Warehouse Associate - Shipping (Evening Shift)

About the role

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently
• Be comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
• Be able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
• Pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• Show up on time and have a strong work ethic
• Be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
• Forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience is a plus

Pay and Schedule

Compensation: $18.00/hour. Schedule: Sun – Thurs, 5:30 p.m. – 2 a.m. (or until done).
