Warehouse Associate - Sample Fulfillment

The Warehouse Associate - Sample Fulfillment at Phillip Jeffries is responsible for picking and packing wallcoverings for clients. Reporting to the Sampling Fulfillment Manager, this role is based at the company's headquarters in Fairfield, NJ from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm or 10:30am-7:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Become a master of Sampling: Pick, pack, and process samples with precision, ensuring timely delivery.
• Unlock the secrets of efficiency: Hit internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) by streamlining processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain a "Tour Ready" environment: Keep your workspace organized and clean, ensuring all samples are accessible and ready for shipment.
• Master every stage of sample receiving: Receive, put away, and replenish samples efficiently, maintaining a flawless fulfillment flow.
• Embrace the power of 5S: Reset your work area to the 5S standard (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to read and analyze documents, reports, and computer screens in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Previous experience in fulfillment centers is a plus.
• Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks is a plus.
• Fork lift experience is a plus.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this role is $19.25 per hour. Annual bonus opportunities are available to reward performance. Cost of living increases are also provided to honor your growth and commitment.
