Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support operational accuracy.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for transaction processing.
• Review routine exceptions such as deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability.
• Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.

Qualifications and skills

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipment documentation.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled handling and cold chain requirements.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and work with warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and support timely order fulfillment.

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $19.50, potential up to $24.79, plus a $3000 sign-on bonus.
