Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

Role Overview: This position supports distribution services within a warehouse environment, focusing on efficient product movement, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure accurate handling and timely dispatch.Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging to meet operational requirements.Reconcile inventory discrepancies and monitor stock levels to prevent issues.Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions for prompt resolution.Maintain accurate documentation of shipment status, inventory updates, and operational metrics. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control.Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices.Strong organizational, data verification, and communication skills.Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement.
