Warehouse Associate - Night Shift
Role Overview
This position supports distribution services in a fast-paced warehouse environment, primarily handling order fulfillment tasks such as stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders. It involves performing daily cycle counts, researching discrepancies, and using equipment to track and verify products to ensure accurate distribution. Maintaining a clean work area and verifying received products against documentation are also key duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Stocking, restocking, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Performing cycle counts and researching inventory discrepancies.
- Using equipment to monitor and verify products.
- Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Verifying product receipt and noting damages or discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility and understand English.
- Motivated, dependable, with good attendance and punctuality.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
- Ability to perform manual, repetitive tasks consistently.
Preferred Experience: Warehouse or distribution experience (up to 1 year) and familiarity with RF scanning equipment.
Pay
The role offers a starting pay of $19.00, with potential increases based on performance and bonuses. The salary range varies by location.
