Warehouse Associate (Material Processor)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Storage and Preservation:
  • Maintain and repair warehouse and work areas.
  • Clean and maintain related equipment.
  • Repackage materials for preservation as needed.
  • Locate parts in permanent warehouse storage locations.
• Picking:
  • Pick parts from designated locations and verify accuracy.
  • Prepare and gather LLP paperwork for inspection processing.
  • Transfer material from stock carts to shelf locations and record transfers.
  • Perform stock checks and update manufacturing dates, document actions, and take pictures.
• Shipping:
  • Pack all post-inspection shipments in ATA 300 spec packaging.
  • Document and ship dangerous goods according to shipping instructions.
  • Create solutions for shipping odd-sized parts.
  • Prepare customs documents and assist in shipping.
• Inventor Management:
  • Verify location, count, and condition of all material received into the warehouse.
  • Keep records of findings and corrective actions.
  • Perform “location” audits for parts.
  • Resolve inventory-related problems using problem-solving techniques.
• Special Projects:
  • Participate in special projects across all areas as assigned.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts.
  • Participate in AOG (After-Order Goods) as necessary.
