Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments of products and materials.
• Record all receipts and accurately enter data into the company computer system.
• Stage materials for scheduled pick-ups and outbound shipments.
• Aid in lifting large units and handling material pick-up and delivery as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while managing inventory stock levels and requesting replenishment as needed, with detailed updates to the procurement department.
• Follow all safety requirements for equipment, tools, and warehouse operations.
• Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and operational procedures.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Warehouse/Inventory Management Experience.
• Prior Experience within the Construction/Home Improvement Industry is Preferred.
• Forklift Operation Certification is Preferred.
• Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency (i.e., Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to Physically Lift Up to 75 lbs.
• Strong Listening and Empathy Skills.
• Demonstrate Interpersonal Communication Skills.
• Organization Skills for Managing Work Schedules, Job Priorities, and Stock Levels.
