Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate executes daily warehouse operations, supporting the flow of goods and ensuring shipments are accurate, timely, and handled safely. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including domestic, international, and palletized shipments
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory; verify quantities and report discrepancies
• Put away inventory and perform transfers between locations
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
• Strive for 100% error-free execution in all shipping and receiving functions
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse by organizing supplies, restocking, sweeping, and trash removal
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet stackers
• Use basic computer applications for shipping, receiving, and inventory functions
• Communicate clearly and promptly with warehouse colleagues and other departments
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
