About the role
White Cap is North America’s leading distributor for professional contractors, supplying everything needed for remarkable construction projects—from stadiums and highways to residential housing. As a Warehouse Associate II, you’ll play a key role in supporting these efforts.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and ship products to customers.
- Receive, count, and record shipment information into the system.
- Work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
- Lift and carry material up to 50 pounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Generally requires 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Forklift experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Spanish language proficiency (preferred).

Pay
For California job seekers, the pay range is $20.00–$26.50 per hour. This range is based on market data and internal pay practices, with individual base pay determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
