About the role
A Warehouse Associate II at White Cap plays a key role in supporting construction projects across the country. You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse or yard environment, ensuring materials are moved, stored, and shipped efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and ship products to customers.
- Receive, count, and record shipment information into the system.
- Work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
- Lift and carry material up to 50 pounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Generally requires 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications
- Forklift experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Spanish language proficiency (preferred).

Pay
For New York Job Seekers: $18.60–$25.00 per hour. This range is based on market data and internal pay practices, with individual base pay determined by experience, skills, and other factors.
