About the role

A Warehouse Associate II at White Cap plays a key role in supporting construction projects across the country. You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse or yard environment, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Pick, pack, and ship products to customers.
• Receive, count, and record shipment information into the system.
• Work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lift and carry material up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Generally has 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse or similar role.

Preferred Skills

• Forklift experience.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Spanish language proficiency.
