About the role
A Warehouse Associate II at White Cap plays a key role in supporting construction projects across the country. You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse or yard environment, ensuring materials are moved, stored, and shipped efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and ship products to customers.
- Receive, count, and record shipment information into the system.
- Work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard as needed.
- Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Generally requires 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications
- Forklift, order picker, or reach truck experience preferred.
- Familiarity with pulling and stocking processes in a distribution center.
- Strong attention to detail.
