Warehouse Associate II

About the role

The Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is a key role in our team, responsible for safely operating forklifts, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role also involves receiving, counting, and recording shipment information into the system.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Forklift experience
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Attention to detail
• Spanish language proficiency

Pay

Pay Range: $18.60 - $25.00 per hour

This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
