Warehouse Associate II
About the role
The Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is a key role in our team, responsible for safely operating forklifts, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role also involves receiving, counting, and recording shipment information.
Responsibilities
- Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
- Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
- Might work both inside the warehouse and outside in the yard.
- Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift experience
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Attention to detail
- Spanish language proficiency

Pay
For Colorado Job Seekers, the Pay Range is $19.40 - $25.80 hourly. Colorado law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
