Warehouse Associate II-1
About the role
Assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality, and prepare orders for shipping with precision
- Conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized, accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff, promoting adherence to company procedures and best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals
- Take initiative in resolving issues, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required
Preferred Job Requirements
- Strong foundational skills in math, reading, and writing are essential
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
- Action oriented and resourceful
Physical Activity
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like
- Working from heights such as roofs, ladders, or powered lifts
- Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including awkward or tight and confined spaces
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, pushing, or pulling
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another

Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM
