Warehouse Associate I

Responsibilities

• Perform fast paced, accurate shipping and receiving duties as assigned.
• Loading and unloading of trucks both inside and outside.
• Delivery & retrieval of parts to and from assembly SHOP area.
• MHE inspection/maintenance checks.
• Support field service operations by arranging toolbox shipments.
• Create commercial invoices from MRP system for export sales.
• Post shipments & scan completed documents.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Minimum (3) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of computers and Windows software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory practices and procedures.
• Sufficient product knowledge in order to resolve inventory issues.
• Strong pick and pack techniques for shipping of inventory.
• Prior Forklift/Highreach operation & certification.
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
• UPS/Fed-Ex/LTL shipping knowledge.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
• Must wear gloves and ear protection.
