Job Duties / Essential Functions
- Receives, stores, and distributes material, equipment, and projects within the warehouse.
- Verify the incoming supplies, materials, and equipment items ordered match what was received.
- Inspections incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, defects, shortages, expiration dates, and overages and notifies warehouse supervisor or lead of each occurrence.
- Uncrates, inspects, and assembles equipment.
- Prepares and stages orders for delivery, ensuring all items match the order request.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate warehouse vehicles such as forklifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Basic math knowledge
- Great organizational skills
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Lifting up to 60 pounds frequently
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to use dolly or hand cart to push/pull larger items of significant weight
- Constantly required to kneel, stoop, bend, reach, or crawl
