Warehouse Associate I

Job Duties / Essential Functions

• Receives, stores, and distributes material, equipment, and projects within the warehouse.
• Verify the incoming supplies, materials, and equipment items ordered match what was received.
• Inspections incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, defects, shortages, expiration dates, and overages and notifies warehouse supervisor or lead of each occurrence.
• Uncrates, inspects, and assembles equipment.
• Prepares and stages orders for delivery, ensuring all items match the order request.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to operate warehouse vehicles such as forklifts
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal instructions
• Basic math knowledge
• Great organizational skills

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Lifting up to 60 pounds frequently
• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to use dolly or hand cart to push/pull larger items of significant weight
• Constantly required to kneel, stoop, bend, reach, or crawl
