Warehouse Associate I

Role: Warehouse Associate I Responsibilities: Prepare glass for distribution by performing quality inspections, cleaning, buffing, taping, and repairing damaged glass. Engage in daily warehousing tasks such as building maintenance and cleaning, build and prepare steel pallets for inventory, assist with basic inventory and bin maintenance, support outbound pack operations, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Fulfill additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Must be 18 or older, able to perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), comfortable working in various environmental conditions, punctual, dependable, and positive with a service-focused attitude. Ability to stay stationary for long periods is required. Key Duties: Perform inspections, handle packaging, support warehouse operations, adhere to safety and PPE requirements, and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency. Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay is $18.67/hour with weekly pay every Friday.
