Warehouse Associate - Frank's Produce

Our Warehouse Operations team is vital, handling up to 200 loads per week with state-of-the-art voice pick equipment and ensuring next-day delivery to customers.

About the role
You will be part of a team picking full-case produce orders onto pallets using a riding pallet jack. The role emphasizes product integrity, safety, and accuracy in a refrigerated, fast-paced warehouse environment. Orders are wrapped and staged for delivery, with a steady pace requiring a standard pieces-per-hour output.
Responsibilities
- Work in a refrigerated environment (36°F).
- Lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Operate motorized equipment (electric pallet jack, sit-down/stand-up forklift) in a fast-paced setting.
- Perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
- Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Receive orders via a headset.
- Work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3–6 months of warehouse or wholesale picking experience.
- Previous electric pallet jack experience.
- Reliable transportation.

- Previous forklift experience.

Pay
$24.00/hour starting wage, with a potential 90-day performance-based raise. Yearly reviews may include increases based on performance and tenure.
Schedule
Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (some flexibility on start time).
