Warehouse Associate (Flex / Nights)

About the role

The Warehouse Operations team contributes significantly to Cardinal Health's operations by managing materials handling and product distribution in both distribution and manufacturing environments. This includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management, and demand, supply, and manufacturing planning.

Responsibilities

• Unloads trucks in the Inbound section by using a pallet jack or equivalent devices to put pallets out of the trucks.
• Uses Warehouse Management System to check in products.
• If working with specialty products, must follow regulations to store refrigerated products.
• Stores products in warehouse locations using order picker or other devices.
• Picks products from warehouse locations and loads into outbound trucks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience, preferred
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Ability to bend, reach, lift and stand for entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly

Pay & Schedule

• Roughly 20 hours weekly
• Night shift/ 3rd Shift Sunday 6:00pm - 2:30am (Always set)
• Flex work on Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 1:00am (2 days during the week)
• Sunday is set but other days are flexible
