Warehouse Associate/ Driver

About the role

Dubak Electrical Group is seeking a Warehouse Associates/Driver to join our Operations team. This position is available due to our growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge in warehouse and driving activities
• Experience in the following areas:
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
• Preferred - 3 years of driving experience with a Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
• Primary job duties include:
• Stocking parts accurately and efficiently
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Working well with other co-workers as a team player
• Being timely and working with a sense of urgency
• Organizing equipment and materials
• General cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and shop areas
• Forklift safety awareness (actual forklift training preferred, but not required)
• General safety training in a warehouse environment
• Mechanically inclined
• Able to assist with snow removal during the winter months (potential longer hours, weekends, holidays)
• Driving to local sites and national project sites as needed
• Prioritization of tasks:
• Lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds by yourself
• Climbing ladders, crouching, bending, and working at heights (no more than 40%)
• Operating construction equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts, skid steers, etc.)
• Expectations:
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed (especially during weather-related conditions)
• Perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds by yourself, climbing ladders, crouching, bending, and working at heights (no more than 40%)
• Willingness and ability to learn operating construction equipment

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
• Preferred - 3 years of driving experience with a Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
• High school or equivalent

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Knowledge of electrical parts, hardware, and components
• Understanding and familiarity with a wide range of tools

Pay

$24-$28, based on skillset and experience
