Warehouse Associate/Driver

About the role

The Warehouse Associate/Driver and Commercial Service Technician positions are client-facing roles requiring strong problem-solving and customer service skills. The Project Coordinator and Project Manager roles involve administrative and project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Associate/Driver inspects warehouse vehicles, assists with stocking and maintaining inventory, and operates a 16' box truck to deliver shipments accurately and safely.
• The Commercial Service Technician troubleshoots, calibrates, and repairs commercial HVAC/Control systems, providing prompt and effective customer service.
• The Project Coordinator supports the Sales and Project Management teams by processing orders, maintaining records, and preparing schedules. They also assist with take-offs and provide detailed reports.
• The Project Manager oversees the planning, organizing, and directing of multiple projects, serving as the primary point of contact for each project.

Requirements

• The Warehouse Associate/Driver must have a minimum of 3 years work experience, be able to lift up to 80 lbs, and operate a 16' box truck.
• The Commercial Service Technician must have a minimum of 5 years of experience, be EPA 608 certified, and have advanced industry knowledge.
• The Project Coordinator must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a proactive mindset.
• The Project Manager must have a proactive mindset, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• The Warehouse Associate/Driver must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• The Commercial Service Technician must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• The Project Coordinator must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• The Project Manager must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• The Warehouse Associate/Driver must have strong mechanical and technical understanding and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• The Commercial Service Technician must have strong mechanical and technical understanding, the ability to lift up to 45 lbs, and operate a boom and scissor lift.
• The Project Coordinator must have strong organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a proactive mindset.
• The Project Manager must have strong organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a proactive mindset.
