Warehouse Associate- C Shift (Sun.-Thurs. 10pm-6:30am)

Location: Clarksville, TN – 870 Steel Stock Rd. Shift: C Shift, Sunday‑Thursday 10 pm‑6:30 am.

About the role

The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual also counts and inspects product, notifying leadership of damages or discrepancies. Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and must meet company objectives in performance, safety, and quality while complying with corporate and site‑specific policies.

Responsibilities

• Picking: Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders, stage products, and stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap, and label items according to client requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Quality Control: Verify that products and orders meet quality standards, report damages or discrepancies, and perform packaging, shrink‑wrapping, and labeling as defined by SOPs.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and adhere to corporate, site‑specific, OSHA, and SDS standards.
• Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely, perform upkeep, report problems, and follow prescribed work methods.
• Maintenance: Perform or assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Other Duties: Work overtime as needed (mandatory or voluntary) and perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.
• Basic to intermediate mathematical skills for verifying quantities and inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting.
• Current or prior material handling equipment (MHE) certification.

Physical Demands

• Occasional handling/fingering, sitting; frequent bending; constant walking and standing.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 21‑50 lb.
• Reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel as required.
