About the role
The Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is a key role in our team, responsible for safely operating a forklift, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position also involves receiving, counting, and recording shipment information into the system, and may involve working both inside the warehouse and outside in the yard.
Responsibilities
- Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
- Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
- Maintains a safe and efficient work environment.
- May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
- Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail.

Pay
Pay Range: $18.60 - $25.00 per hour. Colorado law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
