Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and restock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
• Wrap, package, and prepare inventory for shipment
• Absorb and assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and management teams to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain and care for warehouse tools and equipment
• Scrap and remove panels and materials as directed
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
• Absorb and perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Physical Demands

• Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Frequent lifting and movement of materials throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items with proper equipment or team assistance

Compensation

The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $21.00–$23.00 per hour. Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse environment. Employees may work around forklifts, material handling equipment, inventory racks, and shipping/receiving operations. Proper safety procedures must be followed at all times. Closed-toe footwear is required.
