Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Kelly is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team. This weekend shift offers a great work-life balance while giving you the opportunity to be part of a team that ensures customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment using the appropriate packing materials and supplies.
• Ensure all retail orders are accurate and processed in a timely manner to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Enter relevant data into PTL and other distribution center systems.
• Stock incoming merchandise as it arrives.
• Communicate with management regarding any production or workflow issues.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety, cleanliness, and code of ethics.
• Monitor production supplies and partner with Supervisors or Team Leads to replenish materials as needed.
• Follow departmental procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements, reporting recommendations to your supervisor.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (12-hour shifts).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
