Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift - KP&C

Key Responsibilities

• Tier 1 – Entry-Level Warehouse Associate: Assist in pulling parts based on printed order tickets, stock shelves, help with sorting and returning production returns, use basic material handling tools, support general warehouse upkeep, work under direction, report damages, and assist at both KPSM and KP&C facilities.
• Tier 2 – Standard-Level Warehouse Associate: Pull parts accurately and efficiently, stock shelves, process production returns, operate material handling equipment, participate in warehouse improvement projects, collaborate with team members, communicate discrepancies, follow safety guidelines, and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Tier 3 – Advanced-Level Warehouse Associate: Lead by example, train and mentor associates, perform advanced inventory actions, support audits, coordinate workflow, recommend process improvements, and assist in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Tier 1: 0–2 years of experience, high school diploma or GED, willing to learn, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Tier 2: High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience, valid forklift/pallet jack certification, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, basic familiarity with inventory tracking systems, familiarity with manufacturing/distribution environment, previous WMS/ERP experience, strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork orientation.
• Tier 3: 3–5+ years warehouse experience, proven ERP/WMS system proficiency, leadership traits, valid forklift/pallet jack certification, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork orientation.
