Warehouse Associate -2nd Shift

About the role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of both B2B and B2C orders—from inventory receipt to final outbound shipping. This first and second shift position is ideal for night owls or anyone who prefers to work during non-traditional hours. Plus, with the busy holiday season upon us, overtime potential is high ensuring that you can boost your paycheck!

Responsibilities

• Complete Fulfillment Orders: Receive new merchandise, pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare for Stock Put Away: Help maintain organized and efficient storage systems.

Requirements

• Mandatory Overtime: Occasionally, you may be asked to start earlier, finish later, or work weekends based on the needs of the business.
• Dependable Attendance: Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
• Clear Communication: Both verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Positive Attitude: A "can-do" attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technology Savvy: Operate warehouse tools, scanners, and warehouse software with ease.
• Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic math functions (addition, subtraction, percentages) and mobile devices.
• Physical Demands: Active Role: Constant moving and standing, with the ability to walk for at least two consecutive hours. Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Other Physical Tasks: May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
