Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, weighing and repacking as needed.
• Manage merchandise order variation.
• Utilize the warehouse management system (WMS) to process and follow order sequences, adjusting to changes.
• Coordinate corporate quality‑assurance requirements for incoming and outgoing shipments, including inspection and release of prescription‑level products.

Work Environment

The position is based in an indoor warehouse with a temperature‑controlled climate. Floors may be concrete, laminate, or carpet in the warehouse and interior office. Employees must learn and follow safety protocols and are subject to random drug testing.

Work Hours

The schedule is five days a week, eight hours per day. Start times vary, and shifts may change based on operating conditions and business needs. Overtime, holidays, or weekends may be required.

Physical Demands

• Active role requiring standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Constant use of upper extremities to reach, handle, and position products, tools, equipment, push carts, and operate computer systems.
• Requirement to wear a safety vest at all times.
• Capability to exert up to 75 pounds of force when operating a pallet jack.

• Experience working in warehouse fulfillment with order variations.
• Strong attention to detail, work accuracy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others.
