Warehouse Associate, 2nd Shift
About the role
Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health by performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, and more.
Responsibilities
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including pallet jacks, clamp trucks, sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment as necessary
- Hand unload product
- Operate automated pallet wrapping machines
- Aisle audits
- Process small package shipments
- Manual wrap pallets with shrink wrap
- Maintain/improve housekeeping standards
- Assemble corrugate Gaylords and manually band shipments
- Follow proper documentation practices
- Meet or exceed quality, safety, attendance, and productivity standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Material Handling Equipment experience preferred

Pay
Pay rate: $20.50 per hour (includes shift differential)
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 3:30pm until completion (weekend hours may be required based on business needs)
