Warehouse Associate, 2nd Shift

About the role

Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Operations by handling materials and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. This includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management, and demand, supply, and manufacturing planning.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurate picking, quality control checks, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Perform cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
• Conduct housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duties.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus.
• A High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Material Handling Equipment experience highly preferred.

Skills

Pay

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience, and skills, and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm or completion of work.
