Join our team as a Warehouse Associate.

Job Summary

Key Accountabilities: Fill and package orders according to specifications/instructions called out on paperwork. Operate packaging line, forklift and/or crane to move material. Perform final inspection of material and complete paperwork. Assist team with a variety of functions as required to support the operation. Maintain equipment in clean and working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately. Train others as required. Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives and requirements. Effectively contribute to building a high-trust team. Opportunity to cross-train on helping/operating slitting and/or traverse winding lines with time.

  • Maintain equipment in clean and working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately.
  • Train others as required.

  • Effectively contribute to building a high-trust team.
  • Opportunity to cross-train on helping/operating slitting and/or traverse winding lines with time.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Ability to use basic measurement tools – calipers, micrometer, tape measure.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Safety Mindset: Team player.

Preferred requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Ability to use hand-held measuring tools.
  • Basic computer skills.
