Warehouse Assistant - ATT (Temporary - 1 Year)

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to pick and pack client orders according to requirements and company standards.
• Meet agreed performance targets and adhere to Department of Health regulations.
• Pick and pack orders using picking lists for clients.
• Assemble FedEx boxes for shipping and create shipping labels.
• Resolve order queries with customer service, supply chain, and Inside Sales teams.
• Input information on computers using PO numbers, restack shelves, and handle inquiries from purchasing and suppliers.
• Prepare homepacks for hospital supply.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards, and policies.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, equipment, and working areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor, including covering other departments when required.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education.
• Experience in a similar working environment (e.g., warehouse, logistics) is advantageous.
• Dexterity, basic computer skills, and familiarity with barcode systems.
• Numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.

Working Conditions

• Must maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company EHS policy.
• Appropriate safety shoes/boots, hats, and clothing may be required.

This is a 1-year contract position.
