Warehouse Assembly Lead 3rd Shift

Pay

Starting rate: $19.15/hour plus $2/hour shift differential for 3rd shift.

Schedule

Base hours: Nights (3rd shift) 11pm–7am, overtime as needed.

Location

N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton, WI 54915

Responsibilities

• Set up kitting jobs for you and your team
• Operate small machinery (e.g., shrink wrap, labeler) and make minor adjustments
• Complete production and productivity paperwork
• Ensure quality of product through your kitting line
• Train and oversee workers assigned to multiple jobs
• Discuss production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the supervisor
• Operate forklift and electric walkie rider to move pallets of product

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 20–50 pounds
• Stand or walk for the entire duration of the shift

Qualifications

Prior lead or training experience preferred. No experience is necessary—we provide all training needed for success.
