Warehouse Agent (Weekend Shift)

Schedule

Friday–Monday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift, pallet jack, and associated warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move freight within the warehouse
• Handle dangerous goods and life-science/healthcare shipments (training and certification provided)
• Stage freight and conduct IWS freight handling
• Clean warehouse and perform dimensioning/weighing of freight
• Complete required forms, logs, and documentation
• Drive productivity improvements with the warehouse team
• Work efficiently with various warehouse systems
• Process life-science and healthcare shipments in full compliance with GXP guidelines
• Complete pre- and post-shipment tasks
• Review shipping containers and reefer trailers for regulatory conformity
• Maintain required temperature ranges for goods as defined in cSOP/documentation
• Report deviations and non-conformities to warehouse management
• Perform pre-conditioning, buildup, and breakdown of ULDs and temperature-controlled packaging

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of scanning freight in/out of the warehouse
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Able to walk, stand, kneel for long periods and lift 40–50 pounds occasionally
• Forklift experience (reach-truck experience a plus)
• Experience with hazmat/dangerous goods and temperature control is a plus
• Warehouse management systems (WMS) experience preferred
• Warehouse and/or freight-forwarding industry experience strongly preferred

Pay

$19.39 – $25.85 per hour (based on experience)
