Warehouse Operator - Weekend Shift

About the role

The Warehouse Associate maintains the storage and organization of products within the cooler and freezer to ensure high-quality shipments to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laborer duties including picking, staging, and loading products to complete customer orders.
• Ensure accurate picking of items by quantity and code date as required by customer orders.
• Remove and/or store product in the cooler or freezer at its designated location using a powered pallet jack while adhering to company safety requirements.
• Operate an RF Scan Gun.
• Operate a Hi/Lo (reach) forklift (experience preferred but not required; training may be provided).
• Follow additional duties as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor.

Requirements

• Adhere to all safety guidelines when operating within the shipping area.
• Operate a pallet jack efficiently.
• Work in a cold environment, including minimal time in the freezer.
• Work well within a team and communicate effectively with team members.
• Lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
• Previous experience as a shipping laborer is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or at least 3 months of experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Provide 6 to 12 months of work history or a resume.

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish (e.g., safety rules, instructions, procedure manuals).
• Ability to complete checklists.

Schedule

Weekend shift available.
