About the Role & Program
Join a team responsible for procurement activities with a focus on customer service and client management. The Procurement Intern will support food and beverage systems (Crunch Time and Blue Yonder) with the possibility of working in SAP. You will assist leaders in various systems and process-related projects. The internship runs from January to June 2027, and interns must be fully available for the entire duration.
Responsibilities
- Data cleansing and optimization
- Variance Management / Price Matching
- Reporting
- Analysis of data and inventory
- Organization of processes and guides
- Logistical support and expediting
- Customer Service support & troubleshooting
Requirements
- Basic cost/data analysis skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability/desire to multi-task
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to work on a team in a collaborative environment
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability/desire to work in a diverse environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional Suite
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management or procurement practices
- Tech writing experience
- Excel/Database management skills
- Experience with Tableau
- Junior or Senior standing preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Project Management
Eligibility Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application posting, or currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- At least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information
- Able to maintain a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship (40 hours per week)
- Fully available for the duration of the internship
- Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Orlando, Florida area
- Limited housing opportunities for Florida-based professional interns are available through American Campus Communities
Pay
Undergraduate pay rate: $23.00/hour
Graduate student pay rate: $30.40/hour
