About the role

This is a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to explore the many facets of procurement. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that impact our business. This is a 3-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor negotiations and selection (Strategic Sourcing & Buying).
• Help identify and mitigate supply chain risks (Risk Management).
• Analyze workflows and suggest efficiencies (Process Improvement).
• Use tools to uncover insights and support decision-making (Data Analysis).
• Assist in vetting and integrating new suppliers (Supplier Onboarding).
• Collaborate with finance to ensure smooth transactions (Accounts Payable Support).
• Learn about compliance and government contracting (Federal Operations).
• Participate in cross-functional projects with external stakeholders (Client-Facing Consulting).

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience leveraging AI tools with an AI-first mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel or other data tools is a plus.
