This internship is a full‑time, six‑month commitment in the Orlando, Florida, area from January 2027 to June 2027.

Responsibilities

• The Labor Relations Intern provides day‑to‑day and project‑related support to the Labor Relations team to support site‑specific collective bargaining agreements through project work, consultations, grievances, and the resolution of labor‑management issues.
• This position may provide administrative support during union contract negotiations, collective bargaining, and arbitrations.
• Our Labor Relations Interns need to understand aspects of labor‑ and human‑resources‑related laws, including the NLRA and Title VII, and demonstrate initiative as issues arise related to the ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA & state/local laws and ordinances.
• Interns should be available to work on‑site.
• Responsible for a variety of functions, including, but not limited to:
  • Assisting with negotiation and arbitration logistics.
  • Supporting Labor Relations personnel with grievances, collective bargaining, and operations initiatives
