This position is based in Hattiesburg, MS, and operates on a full-time 2nd shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and sheet metal welding with precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints to bring designs to life.
• Use tools like oxygen acetylene and plasma cutters.
• Conduct iron work, arc gouging, and building reconnections.
• Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections.
• Uphold company ethics and safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools.
• 2+ years of welding experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting.
• Regular communication and hand use.
• Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually.

Pay

$18.26 - $26.67 per hour, plus a $3.00 shift premium. The final hourly rate will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, location, and market alignment.
