Responsibilities
- Perform structural and sheet metal welding with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints to bring designs to life.
- Use tools like oxygen acetylene and plasma cutters.
- Conduct iron work, arc gouging, and building reconnections.
- Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections.
- Uphold company ethics and safety standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools.
- 2+ years of welding experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting.
- Regular communication and hand use.
- Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually.

Pay
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour (includes a $2.00 shift premium). Hourly rate determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, location, and market alignment.
