On-Site Hiring Event

What: CDL A Driver On-Site Hiring Event ($6,000 Sign on Bonus!)

When: Tuesday, August 18th to Friday, August 21st, from 10:00am C.S.T. to 4:00pm C.S.T.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes – no layovers
  • Handle packaged Chicken, Beef, or Pork products
  • Work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
  • 100% touch freight with repetitive lifting of 5–75+ lbs.
  • Average 10-15 stops per day
  • Overnight driving with dispatch times between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., depending on route
  • Home daily, no layovers
  • Complete vehicle inspections and maintain DOT logs
  • Strong customer service and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card
  • At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving and 8 months of delivery experience preferred
  • Touch freight experience required
  • Ability to lift 5–75+ lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
  • Reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations

Schedule

  • Four (4) days per week, with the possibility of a fifth (5th) day
  • 12-14 hours per day
  • Overnight driving with dispatch times between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
  • Home daily, no layovers
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay

  • During training: $27.45/hr
  • After training: Component-based pay structure varying by client and route, with average annual earnings typically ranging from $95k–$130k
  • Routes pay: $1,700-$2,200 weekly (including component pay), depending on the route
  • Additional pay: Holiday, sick/personal paid hourly
  • Other compensation may include shift differentials, overtime pay, or other incentive pay
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
