About the role

The Clinical Director oversees all aspects of the PHP and IOP programs, including fiscal, administrative, clinical, and marketing responsibilities, as well as team management and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Fiscal, administrative, clinical, and marketing responsibilities for PHP and IOP programs
  • Team management and clinical supervision
  • Select, develop, and supervise staff
  • Maintain clinical quality and integrity of PHP and IOP programs
  • Manage program staffing, selection, training, ongoing development and supervision of staff
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational and regulatory agency standards
  • Participate in regulatory agency reviews
  • Promote patient care consistent with Walden Behavioral Care and Monte Nido and Affiliates philosophies
  • Partner with the Outreach department on community efforts as outlined in the Strategic Marketing Plan
  • Provide Clinical Case Management as needed

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree, PsyD or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience with a psychiatric, mental health and/or eating disorder population; 24/7 level of care strongly preferred
  • Clinical supervisory and managerial experience with a budget in excess of $1M and multiple direct reports
  • Experience with marketing, systems strategy, psychosocial treatment strategies, knowledge of eating disorders, age specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis and behavioral management
  • Previous experience working with commercial insurance carriers including managed care

Pay

$100,000.00-$125,000.00 depending on education and experience

Schedule
