About the role

Responsible for preparing the dining room for meals by setting tables, folding napkins, providing and refilling condiments, running the sweeper or mopping the floors, and keeping pedestals clean. Provides beverage service and serves meals in a courteous and professional manner, and uses the direct bussing system. Knows our residents' dietary menu options and takes accurate orders.

Requirements

• Knowledge of proper table setting, serving standards, and direct bussing system
• High school diploma, GED, or High School work permit
• Six months to one year of prior experience in food service or dishwashing is preferred
• Certificates or licenses as required by the county or state of employment
