Wait Staff Mon Valley Residence at Hilltop - 19045

Responsibilities

• Prepares the dining room for meals by setting tables, folding napkins, providing & refilling condiments, running the sweeper or mopping the floors, keeping pedestals clean.
• Provides beverage service and serves meals in a courteous & professional manner, and uses the direct bussing system.
• Knows our residents dietary menu options and takes accurate orders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires the knowledge of the proper table setting, serving standards and direct bussing system.
• Knows our residents dietary restrictions and diets and helps our residents to follow said diet.
• Knows the menu options and takes accurate orders.

Education

• A high school diploma / GED or High School work permit is required.

Experience

• Six months to one year prior experience in food service or dish washing is preferred.
