Main Character Duties

• Create moments of hospitality for our guests through great food and service
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Manage team schedules
• Order ingredients to avoid out-of-stock situations
• Maintain food quality and safety

Qualifications

• Two years operations management experience (or equivalent)
• ServSafe or Food Handling Certification preferred
• Must be 18 or older

• Colorado: 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year
• Maryland: 1 hour of paid sick and safe leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours per year
• Washington: 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked
