Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management.
• Set goals and delegate tasks to your teams.
• Follow up on tasks and report results to your crew and fellow managers.

• Accountable, meeting high standards of performance and holding oneself responsible for customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Prior McDonald’s Department Manager experience is preferred, though not required.
