About the Role
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of prevailing wage and union wage processes. The role involves comprehensive collaboration with Labor Relations, Payroll, Human Resources, IRA department, and Site Teams to ensure adherence to prevailing wage and union wage requirements. Key responsibilities include researching and resolving issues, training and educating site teams and departments on compliance standards, and creating and maintaining essential documentation and file management to facilitate program administration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Labor Relations, Payroll, Human Resources, and Site Teams to review reports and ensure corrective measures are taken to ensure wage compliance with prevailing wage and union wage requirements.
- Updates project resources (systems of record) to ensure site teams are set up for success.
- Builds and maintains system tables to ensure appropriate pay/leveling.
- Conducts training and education sessions for Site Teams and departments on prevailing wage and union wage systems and standards, promoting program understanding and implementation.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive related experience required.
- Experience with payroll functions and union relations preferred.
Skills
- Excellent word processing skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), OneDrive, and related software.
- Strong project and task management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively.

Pay
$24.46 - $33.64 per hour. Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
